Job summary

Wright Partners is hiring a Venture Architect to join our growing team across SEA locations, with a base in Indonesia. The role focuses on hands-on venture creation, end-to-end development, and delivering tangible value to customers.

You will work with a team of specialists to structure problems, size markets, and design scalable business models. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of relevant experience in venture-building, strategy, or related fields, and excels at problem-solving,

• Support the development and scale-up of a start-up from inception to commercial launch.

• Structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them.
• Analyse the market's value chain, cost structure, and profit pools.
• Develop a business model that delivers outsized value to the customers.
• Create and deliver a go-to-market plan.

Wright Partners is growing! We are looking to add to our teams across multiple SEA locations, including Indonesia, by hiring a Venture Architect to play a hands-on role in building the companies of tomorrow.

As a Venture Architect, you will get exposure to building end-to-end venture creation and contribute significantly to the success of the venture you work on within a team of specialists. Individuals who succeed in this role are naturally curious, like to take ownership, and have the drive to make a significant impact through their actions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in venture building, strategy, business operations, management consulting, business analysis, market research, project management, or other roles involving problem-solving, commercial analysis, and execution.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop practical solutions
• Experienced in doing commercial strategy, market sizing, and monetisation
• Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English
• Comfortable with ambiguous, ever-changing situations
• Location: Must be based in Indonesia.
