Job summary

Brink’s in Pekanbaru, Indonesia is seeking a vigilant Vault Operations role to receive, store, safeguard, and release valuables in line with approved SOPs. This position emphasizes accurate identification, counting, labeling, sealing, and strict access control.

You will coordinate with Cash Processing, CIT, and Operations teams to manage inbound and outbound movements, support audits, and maintain comprehensive vault records.

Job description

Vault Operations

Receive, store, safeguard, and release valuable goods in accordance with approved SOP. Ensure accurate identification, counting, labeling, and sealing of all valuables. Maintain strict access control and dual control principles within the vault.

Security & Compliance

Ensure vault operations comply with internal security policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards. Monitor vault security systems and report any irregularities immediately. Support internal and external audits, investigations, and compliance reviews.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate vault records, logs, and transaction documentation. Reconcile physical valuables against system records and reports. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly vault reports as required.

Inventory & Control

Conduct regular stock opname and vault reconciliation. Investigate and elevate discrepancies or variances promptly. Ensure proper storage conditions and segregation of valuables.

Coordination

Coordinate with Cash Processing, CIT, and Operations teams for inbound and outbound movements. Support smooth handover and transfer processes with authorized personnel only.
