Job summary

Blibli Electronic, part of the Blibli Group, is expanding nationwide to deliver trusted electronics with great service. As a Value Added Service Specialist, you’ll manage delivery journeys, product installation, trade-ins, and added protection services on the sales floor.

The role focuses on maximizing VAS attachment rates, negotiating with 3PLs to cut fulfillment costs, and owning the end-to-end workflow for Ship-from-Store, ensuring timely deliveries and SLAs.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in Retail Commercial Operations, VAS Product Management, or E-commerce Logistics.
• Proven cost optimization and vendor negotiation experience.
• Analytical and commercial mindset with ability to drive attachment rates.
• Understanding of dropshipping workflows and last-mile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy to maximize attachment of core VAS portfolio.

As Value Added Service Specialist you’ll responsible on managing delivery journey, product installation, trade-in programs, and added protection services. This role will focusing on maximize VAS attachment rates on the sales floor to drive revenue, while aggressively optimizing third-party fulfillment and installation costs to protect the bottom line.

What You Will Working On

• Drive the commercial strategy to maximize the attachment of the core VAS portfolio.
• Set targets and monitor the conversion rates for VAS services.
• Act as a dedicated profit center.
• Continuously evaluate the market and customer needs to develop, price, and launch new added services that generate additional, high-margin revenue streams.
• Take direct ownership of VAS and delivery expenses. Negotiate, audit, and optimize rates with third-party logistics (3PL) partners and external parties to aggressively reduce fulfillment and operational costs.
• Manage the end-to-end operational flow for "Ship-from-Store". Serve as the troubleshooter for operational failures, ensuring that all third-party shipping partners strictly meet delivery timelines and service level agreements (SLAs).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Retail Commercial Operations, Value-Added Services (VAS) Product Management, or E-commerce Logistics.
• Proven track record in cost optimization, vendor negotiation (logistics/installers), and P&L management.
• Highly analytical and commercial mindset, with a demonstrated ability to drive Attachment Rates and innovate profit-generating service products.
• Keep understanding of dropshipping workflows, last-mile delivery troubleshooting, and trade-in program mechanics.
