Job summary

PT Nabel Sakha Gemilang is seeking a Mechatronics/Electrical Engineer to analyze customer requirements for automation and vacuum systems, design solutions, and prepare BOMs with the sales team. The role includes installation, testing, and on-site adjustments at customer sites in Indonesia.

The candidate should hold a D4/S1 in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering, have 2+ years in automation, and be proficient in 3D CAD (Autodesk Inventor preferred) with strong PLC skills and English ability.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma 4 (D4) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechatronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the automation field.
Proficient in 3D CAD drawing (Autodesk Inventor preferred).

Responsibilities

Analyze customer requirements regarding automation and vacuum systems.
Design and conceptualize vacuum automation systems according to machine specifications and operational needs.
Prepare BOM quotations and technical proposals for customers in collaboration with the sales team.
Perform troubleshooting on vacuum and automation systems.
Execute installation, commissioning, testing, and equipment adjustments at customer sites.
Conduct trials and validations to ensure the automation system meets customer requirements.
Provide technical support to both customers and the internal sales team.
Deliver presentations and training sessions regarding product application and vacuum automation systems.
Generate comprehensive reports on trials, commissioning, troubleshooting, and service activities.
