Kredivo is seeking a Junior UX Writer to shape the user experience by crafting clear and concise interface copy. You will collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to translate complex ideas into delightful, user-friendly language.

Please bring a strong UX writing portfolio, a solid grasp of UX principles, excellent editing skills, and familiarity with UX tools. A detail-oriented mindset and ability to translate information for diverse users are essential.

Qualifications

Portfolio demonstrating UX writing, content design or related roles.
Strong understanding of UX principles and best practices.
Excellent technical writing and editing skills.
Ability to translate complex information into simple language.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in UX tools such as Figma or Ditto.
Experience with UX design or UX research is a plus.

Responsibilities

Write clear, concise, and engaging UX UI text including microcopy, tooltips, error messages, and in-app messaging.
Apply design thinking methodologies to solve UX problems.
Implement an evolving content strategy aligned with product goals and user needs.
Ensure consistent brand voice and tone across all user-facing content.
Collaborate with UX researchers to track copy performance and inform decisions to improve UX.
Work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to understand user needs and product requirements.
