Job summary

Krom is seeking a UX Researcher to join our growing research team. You will collaborate with PMs, designers, and analysts to translate user behavior and feedback into product decisions, identify opportunities, and run end-to-end studies. Strong quantitative and qualitative methods, plus excellent communication, are essential.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in UX Research, preferred fintech experience, and a portfolio link in their CV. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on UX Research experience
• Experience in financial/fintech industry preferred
• Portfolio link in CV preferred
• Strong quantitative methods with survey design and statistical analysis
• Strong communication skills to translate findings for stakeholders and senior leadership
• Strong problem-solving mindset balancing user needs and business priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Informatics, Psychology, HCI, or related field

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and validate them through well-scoped research initiatives

You'll work across multiple product areas, partnering with PMs, designers, and analysts to turn user behavior and feedback into decisions that shape our product direction.Identify research opportunities and validate them through well-scoped research initiativesRun end-to-end research projects, from writing the brief, executing the study, all the way to analysis and reportingWork closely with product analysts to read behavioral patterns and interpret raw data, then turn those signals into research directions and potential solutionsPartner with product managers to support roadmap prioritization, making sure user insights are part of the decision-making process

About You:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a UX Research role
• Experience in the financial or fintech industry is preferred

• Solid grasp of both quantitative and qualitative methods, with stronger fluency on the quantitative side (survey design, segmentation, statistical analysis, etc.)
