Job summary

Krom seeks a designer to manage creative work, graphic and visual design for mobile and web products. You will collaborate with management and engineering to shape visual design and UX for a web banking platform, executing concepts through final handoff and implementation.

With strong UX concepts, web design experience, and proficiency in Figma and design systems, you will translate requirements into intuitive interfaces and contribute to our product’s visual language.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, CS or related field.
Ability to rapidly produce multiple UX concepts.
Experience designing and iterating web applications.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in Figma and Design Systems.
Solid understanding of visual design, typography, layout and color.
Experience with responsive web products.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with management and product engineering to define and implement visual design and UX for web banking platform.
Execute all stages of visual design from concept to handoff and implementation.
Conceptualize original ideas to simplify complex designs and improve usability.
Plan and execute innovation projects.
Adjust designs while respecting engineering and design constraints.
Build and maintain strong relationships with PM, engineering, and UX teams.
