Job summary

Krom seeks a designer to manage creative work, graphic and visual design for mobile and web products. You will collaborate with management and engineering to shape visual design and UX for a web banking platform, executing concepts through final handoff and implementation.

With strong UX concepts, web design experience, and proficiency in Figma and design systems, you will translate requirements into intuitive interfaces and contribute to our product’s visual language.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, CS or related field.
• Ability to rapidly produce multiple UX concepts.
• Experience designing and iterating web applications.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Design Systems.
• Solid understanding of visual design, typography, layout and color.
• Experience with responsive web products.

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with PM, engineering, and UX teams.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent field.
• Ability to rapidly produce multiple UX concepts.
• Experience in designing and iterating web applications.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in using Figma, Design System and other supporting tools.
• Solid understanding of visual design principles, including composition, layout, information hierarchy, typography, and color.
• Experience in developing web based products with responsive design requirement.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience designing consumer-friendly interactive experiences.
