Job summary

ParagonCorp is seeking a Mechanical/Electrical/STEAM engineer to design utility and production area layouts and systems in Jakarta. You will supervise projects from concept to commissioning, ensuring URS compliance and thorough documentation for future improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or STEM fields, proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks, and strong analytical and coordination skills. Field experience and knowledge of safety standards are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics).
• Proficient in design and drawing software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Preferably has hands-on field experience in design and installation.
• Able to collaborate effectively with internal teams and cross-functional departments.
• Experience in energy monitoring, cost optimization, or continuous improvement projects is an advantage.
• Familiar with safety standards and regulatory compliance related to utility systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and project coordination skills.
