Ruangguru.Com is seeking an experienced Online Pedagogy Coach to empower educators across remote and blended learning environments. This role involves one-on-one and small-group coaching, professional development on online pedagogy, course design, student engagement, and digital assessment to improve instructional quality.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Education (or related field), has at least 4 years teaching/ instructional experience with online pedagogy, and is proficient

About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Online Pedagogy Coach to empower educators in leveraging effective teaching strategies within virtual and blended learning environments. The coach will work one-on-one and in small groups with teachers, providing guidance, support, and professional development on best practices in online pedagogy, course design, student engagement, and assessment in digital settings. Requirements

• Master's degree in Education, Educational Technology, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in teaching or instructional roles, with at least 2 years specifically focused on online pedagogy or coaching educators in online environments.
• Deep understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design theories applicable to online learning.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to adult learners.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with various Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online collaboration tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote workload effectively.
• Demonstrated passion for improving online teaching and learning.
• Experience in curriculum development or program evaluation is a plus.
