Job summary

PT Freeport Indonesia Inc. is seeking a Mine Underground - Foreman to oversee dispatch and supervision in the underground operation. You will ensure daily draw-order compliance and coordinate with Operations to meet production targets.

The role requires a Mining Engineering degree with 1–3 years of underground experience and familiarity with Minegem/Minestar systems. On-site mining environment and continuous improvement focus are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering.
• 1–3 years of underground mining operation and dispatch experience.
• Familiar with Minegem and Minestar systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate the underground dispatch system to ensure daily draw-order compliance.
• Perform regular safety inspections and report to Safety Accountability Program.
• Coordinate with Operations to monitor progress against the plan.
• Supervise and develop subordinates for effective mine operations.
