Job summary

PT. Zhafeera Rahmah Utama in Surabaya seeks a social media specialist to manage Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook accounts, creating engaging content aligned with our branding and documenting company activities and pilgrim-related events.

You will shoot and edit photos and videos, stay on top of trends, write copy, and collaborate with the team, with flexibility to work outside normal hours for umroh departures and returns.

Qualifications

• Experience managing social media across multiple platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Ability to create engaging photo and video content aligned with branding.
• Proficient in basic to intermediate photo/video editing using Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop all company social media accounts, including Instagram and TikTok.
• Create, plan, and develop engaging, informative content aligned with company branding.
• Take photos and videos for content needs, including documentation of umroh pilgrim departures and returns.
• Perform photo and video editing for social media needs.
• Follow social media trends and develop relevant content ideas to increase engagement and awareness.
• Manage interactions with followers and respond to comments and messages professionally.
• Document company activities, events, manasik, departures, and returns of pilgrims.
• Work outside regular hours when documentation or operational activities are needed, particularly during umroh departures and returns.
