Job summary

Lancesoft APAC is seeking a UI/UX Engineer with 3+ years of hands-on mobile design to craft intuitive iOS and Android experiences for our telecom platform. You will own end-to-end design—from flows and wireframes to high-fidelity interfaces—improving key workflows like plan top-ups and eSIM activation within a high-volume app.

You will collaborate with Mobile Engineers and Product Managers, conduct user testing, and maintain a scalable mobile design system to optimize performance and conversion

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of dedicated UI/UX design experience for mobile applications (native iOS/Android or cross‑platform), ideally within telecom, fintech, or high‑volume consumer apps.
• Expert-level skills in Figma (auto-layout, components, interactive prototyping) and mobile-focused handoff tools.
• Deep understanding of gesture-based navigation, touch-target standards, responsive layouts, and native platform patterns.
• Demonstrated ability to turn complex backend telecom logic into clean, minimal, and accessible mobile interfaces.
• A portfolio showcasing real-world mobile app designs, end-to-end UX rationale, and visual polish.

Responsibilities

• Mobile Product Design: Own the native iOS and Android design lifecycle, from user flows and wireframes to interactive prototypes and high‑fidelity interfaces.
• Telecom App Workflows: Design seamless mobile-first journeys for core utility features, including instant bill payments, data package purchases, eSIM onboarding, and live support.
• User Research & Usability: Conduct user testing, A/B experiments, and mobile usability audits to validate feature designs and reduce app drop‑off rates.
• Mobile Design Systems: Maintain and expand our mobile component library in compliance with iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design (Android) standards.
• Cross-Functional Handoff: Collaborate directly with Mobile Engineers (iOS/Android/Flutter) and Product Managers to ensure design fidelity and technical feasibility.
• App Performance Optimization: Leverage app analytics to continuously refine navigation, micro-interactions, and conversion loops.
