Job summary

Lancesoft APAC is seeking a Senior UI/UX Engineer in Indonesia to own end-to-end mobile design for a telecom platform. You will craft intuitive iOS and Android experiences, from flows to high-fidelity interfaces, and drive cross-functional collaboration with engineers and product teams.

The role emphasizes rigorous usability testing, strong design systems, and data-driven refinement of navigation and interactions across mobile apps.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of dedicated UI/UX design experience for mobile applications.
Expert-level skills in Figma, including auto-layout, components, and interactive prototyping.
Understanding of iOS/Android design patterns and Material Design.

Responsibilities

Own the native iOS and Android design lifecycle from flows to high-fidelity interfaces.
Design mobile-first journeys for features like top-ups, eSIM onboarding, and live usage tracking.
Conduct user testing, A/B experiments, and usability audits to validate designs.
Maintain and expand mobile design systems in line with iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design.
Collaborate with Mobile Engineers and Product Managers to ensure design fidelity and feasibility.
Analyze app analytics to refine navigation and conversions.
