Job summary

OTTO Digital is seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to craft user-centered design solutions for our Gold Business digital products. You will research user needs, design flows and high-fidelity interfaces, and collaborate across PM, engineering, QA, and business teams.

You will iterate based on usability testing and analytics, maintain the design system, and ensure accessibility and brand consistency across web and mobile platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience for web and mobile apps.
• Experience in fintech/banking/e-commerce or gold/commodity platforms preferred.
• Proficient in Figma and design systems management.
• Strong Design Thinking and User-Centered Design methodologies.
• Excellent wireframing, high-fidelity UI design, rapid prototyping, and user research skills.
• Portfolio showing end-to-end design processes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design (DKV), Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in UI/UX design for digital products (web and mobile applications).
• Experience designing digital products in fintech, banking, investment, e-commerce, or gold/commodity platforms is highly preferred.
• Highly proficient in Figma and experience managing Design Systems.
• Deep understanding of Design Thinking and User-Centered Design (UCD) methodologies.
• Strong expertise in wireframing, high-fidelity UI design, rapid prototyping, and user research techniques.
• Strong customer‑focus with analytical thinking and quantitative problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
• A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design processes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and mobile/web UI designs is required.
