Job summary

PT Social Commerce Indonesia is seeking an imaginative UGC Creator to develop KOC and UGC content from concept to final delivery. You will produce and edit videos on mobile and desktop, ensuring engaging, trend-driven content for organic social and paid campaigns.

Based in Alam Sutera, Tangerang, you will collaborate with the marketing teams, manage multiple projects, and join immediately. This full-time WFO role offers hands-on video production experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) in Communication Studies, Multimedia, Broadcasting or related field.
• 1–2 years in Content/UGC creation, with agency experience preferred.
• Experience producing KOC/UGC for organic and paid campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts for KOC and UGC videos from ideation to delivery.
• Create high-quality videos with smartphones; manage framing, lighting and clarity.
• Edit videos using CapCut, InShot and desktop tools; enhance audio and visuals.
• Collaborate with creative, social and marketing teams to improve engagement.
• Adapt content for target audiences and platform requirements; stay on trend.
• Manage production schedules to meet monthly targets and deadlines.
• Monitor performance and provide creative optimization recommendations.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on content progress and results.
