Job summary

PT NOVA GOODS MARKET is seeking a creative, results-oriented content creator in Indonesia to produce engaging short-form videos and host live streams. You will work remotely, creating 3 videos daily (4–5 hours part-time or 8 hours full-time) and 2 weekly live streams, with scripts provided but your own style used.

You’ll edit with CapCut/InShot/VN, post daily across platforms, and engage with the audience. Growth opportunities exist with KPI-based bonuses and potential earnings exceeding IDR

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to film and edit videos with a smartphone.
• Creativity, proactive mindset, and deadline discipline.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
• Access to high-quality smartphone and gear for food prep and cleaning content.
• Desire for long-term collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Create 3 videos per day in various formats (reviews, talking-head, short-form, lifestyle).
• Host 2 live streams per week (2 hours each).
• Work from brand scripts and bring ideas to life in your style.
• Edit and refine videos using CapCut, InShot, VN or similar apps.
• Post content daily across platforms with provided access and instructions.
• Respond to comments to boost engagement and communicate with the project coordinator via Telegram.
• Participate in weekly team calls and stay updated on trends.
• Be receptive to feedback from scriptwriter and manager.
• Maintain consistency with local and global social media trends.
