Job summary

PT Social Commerce Indonesia seeks a Content Creator to develop and plan KOC and UGC content from start to finish. You will record and edit videos, ensuring high-quality visuals and engaging storytelling across formats and platforms.

You will collaborate with the team on brainstorming, translate briefs into compelling content, and manage monthly targets with timely reporting. A creative mindset and strong time management are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum education D3 in Communications or related field.
• 1–2 years as Content Creator, preferably in an agency.
• Proficient in CapCut, InShot, Premiere, or Final Cut.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative ideas and plan KOC & UGC content end-to-end.
• Record videos using mobile with professional standards (composition, lighting, image clarity).
• Edit videos using mobile apps or desktop software to enhance visuals and audio quality.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm ideas and improve video quality and engagement.
• Optimize content by adjusting format, audience and trends.
• Manage production schedules independently to meet monthly content targets and deadlines.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports.
