• Experienced in planning, shooting, and editing short-form video.
• Proficient in CapCut or Premiere Pro.
• Strong storytelling and creative thinking.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging content ideas aligned with the client's objectives, target audience, and current social media trends.
• Create content plans and prepare production needs before the shooting process.
• Execute content production, including talent direction, shooting, and content documentation.
• Edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other digital platforms.
• Ensure all content meets the client's brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with the Creative Project Manager and internal team throughout the content production process.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, content formats, and platform best practices to produce relevant and engaging content.
• Manage content files and deliver final assets according to project timelines and quality standards.
• Evaluate content performance and provide recommendations for future content improvements.
