Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and Master’s graduates or students who will graduate before 1 October 2026.
• Engineering majors strongly preferred.
• Fluent in English and able to demonstrate leadership and active involvement in projects or competitions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Unilever Future Leaders Programme (UFLP) and take on real, full‑time roles from day one.
• Engage in learning through experience, people, and formal training across core business functions.
• Collaborate with mentors and senior leaders to accelerate development and business impact.
