Job summary

Unilever Indonesia is seeking candidates for the UFLP, a 30-month management trainee program designed to develop future leaders from day one. You will rotate across core functions, tackle real business projects and receive structured learning, coaching, and exposure to senior leaders.

Eligible applicants are Bachelor’s or Master’s graduates (or graduating before Oct 1, 2026) with a GPA of at least 3.30, fluent in English, and demonstrated leadership and learning agility.

• Bachelor’s and Master’s fresh graduates or students who will graduate before 1 October 2026.
• Professionals with a maximum of 2 years of working experience (internship excluded).
• Minimum GPA of 3.30 out of 4.00.
