In this role, you will have an important part in guiding students as they prepare for their academic pursuits abroad, offering a meaningful and engaging opportunity to be involved in international education readiness.

Currently, we are looking for tutors in the following areas:

• Arts (Fine/Visual Arts & Performing Arts)
• STEM (Biological Sciences & Engineering & Technology)

What you will do

• Deliver guidance and instruction for Performing Arts study preparation, both online and offline, including:
• Portfolio curation and development
• University interview preparation
• Academic/creative writing and presentation skills
• Scholarship strategy and application guidance
• Cultural adaptation and readiness for studying locally and abroad
• Other relevant sessions within the scope of tutor’s specific area of expertise
• Design and develop personalized lesson plans tailored to each student’s needs and goals.
• Conduct research on admission processes and requirements across universities (local and international), focusing on the tutor’s specific area of expertise (e.g., General, SAT, Arts – Fashion, SAT, Art – Design & Creative Media, Arts – Fine Arts, and Arts – Performing Arts).
• Continuously update teaching materials in line with the latest trends in national and international Performing Arts education.
• Assess students’ work and portfolios to provide informed recommendations on suitable majors during counseling sessions.
• Carry out evaluations and reporting, including tracking student progress, preparing learning reports, and delivering constructive feedback to both students and parents.
• Maintain teaching quality standards in accordance with Siap Kuliah’s guidelines and SOPs.
• Provide consultation and mentorship by supporting prospective students and parents with study preparation strategies, while serving as an academic advisor throughout the student’s preparation journey.

Requirements

• Hold a Diploma (D3/D4) or Bachelor’s/Master’s/Doctoral degree (S1/S2/S3) from a local or international institution, preferably from top-ranked universities (Top 10 in their respective countries), with a major relevant to the applied tutoring area.
• Have experience teaching or mentoring students, particularly in academic preparation or portfolio development for university admissions.
• Possess a strong understanding of university admission processes (local and international), aligned with the tutor’s field.
• Demonstrate proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Have strong research skills with attention to detail.
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
