Job summary

Sekolah.mu is seeking an educator to design personalized learning plans for Siap Kuliah students in Jakarta. You will monitor academic progress and readiness for higher education, while maintaining proactive communication with students and guardians.

Collaborate with facilitators to align on student needs, address concerns, and present progress with strategic recommendations during conferences. A Bachelor’s degree and proven experience in teaching or counseling teenagers are required, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in teaching, mentoring, or counseling teenagers (experience during university acceptable for fresh graduates).
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated interest in international higher education and admissions preparation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
