PT. EDUCARE LITERASI PLUS in Jakarta seeks Tutor & Coach Assistants who love working with children and enjoy a collaborative environment.

You will support Lead Tutors and Lead Coaches in delivering learning, gymnastics, sports, and fitness activities for children from toddler to elementary school age. Responsibilities include assisting during sessions, preparing materials, keeping areas safe and organized, and communicating observations to leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience with children, tutoring, education, sports, or activities is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support children during activities and help them participate safely and confidently.
• Help prepare learning materials, equipment, and activity areas before and after sessions.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children.
• Pay attention to children's needs and behavior and communicate observations to the Lead Tutor or Lead Coach.
• Help manage transitions between activities and keep sessions organized.
• Encourage and support children who may need additional attention or assistance.
• Follow instructions and learning/guiding guidelines provided by the Lead Tutor or Lead Coach.
• Support events, special programs, and other branch activities when needed.
• Work collaboratively with tutors, coaches, and the wider branch team.

We are looking for Tutor & Coach Assistants who genuinely love working with children and enjoy being part of an active, positive, and collaborative environment. As a Tutor & Coach Assistant, you will support our Lead Tutors and Lead Coaches in delivering learning, gymnastics, sports, and fitness activities for children from toddler to elementary school age. Your primary responsibilities may vary depending on your skills, experience, and the needs of the branch. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands‑on experience working with children while developing skills in education, coaching, and child development.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Lead Tutors and Lead Coaches during learning, gymnastics, sports, and fitness sessions.

Support children during activities and help them participate safely and confidently.

Help prepare learning materials, equipment, and activity areas before and after sessions.

Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children.

Pay attention to children's needs and behavior and communicate relevant observations to the Lead Tutor or Lead Coach.

Help manage transitions between activities and keep sessions organized.

Encourage and support children who may need additional attention or assistance.

Follow instructions and learning/coaching guidelines provided by the Lead Tutor or Lead Coach.

Support events, special programs, and other branch activities when needed.

Work collaboratively with tutors, coaches, and the wider branch team.

Requirements

Genuinely loves working with children.

Enjoys interacting and spending time with children.

Patient, caring, energetic, and approachable.

Comfortable working with children from toddler to elementary school age.

Responsible and willing to learn.

Able to work well as part of a team.

Able to follow instructions and maintain safety standards.

Experience working with children, tutoring, education, sports, or activities is a plus.

Students or fresh graduates with a strong interest in working with children are welcome to apply.

Basic English communication skills are a plus.
