Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education or equivalent field.
• 5–7 years in education program design and management.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesia's education system and policy environment.
• Experience with donor compliance, budgeting, and partner management.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall program implementation across target locations aligning with design, donor commitments and SCI standards.
• Provide operational leadership, strategic planning, and cross-location coordination.
• Work with technical advisors to ensure inclusive, contextually appropriate interventions.
• Integrate GEDSI, climate, child protection, and participation into program design.
• Establish M&E frameworks, adapt plans based on field data, and ensure timely reporting.
• Manage partnerships and ensure quality, budget control, and risk mitigation.
