Global Roles is seeking a TUNTAS Program Manager in Indonesia to lead strategic direction, technical quality, and alignment of program investments with the national education system and donor landscape.

The role coordinates with district and provincial governments to design and deliver technical assistance, ensuring GEDSI, safety, and learning outcomes for vulnerable children. Strong leadership and budgeting skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Education or equivalent field.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience designing and managing education programs.
• Experience working with government counterparts, development partners, and civil society in education.
• Experience with international NGOs and donor compliance.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; strong report writing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the overall implementation of the TUNTAS program across locations per design and donor commitments.
• Provide operational leadership, strategic planning, and cross- location coordination.
• Work with Education Technical Advisor to ensure sound, inclusive interventions.
• Integrate GEDSI, climate change, child protection, and participation into design and delivery.
• Develop Detailed Implementation Plans and ensure timely, quality delivery.
• Monitor budgets, control expenditures, and coordinate with finance and partners.
• Support partner assessments, capacity building, and safeguarding practices.
• Represent the program with government, donors, and stakeholders.
