Job summary

PT Gapura Mas Logistics is seeking a responsible Trucking Admin & Finance Accounting Staff to join our North Jakarta team. The role covers trucking administration and daily finance tasks, with emphasis on accurate records and independent work capability.

You'll manage billing, DO documents, bank reconciliations, and cost control, while coordinating with drivers and internal teams. Basic English and 2+ years in related roles are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or administration. Experience in trucking, logistics, or freight forwarding is preferred.
• Good understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, recap, and manage delivery orders (DO), surat jalan, and other trucking operational documents.
• Prepare and monitor trucking billing, invoicing, and operational cost recaps.
• Handle daily bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial and accounting records.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including monitoring customer payments and outstanding invoices.
• Record company transactions, trucking operational expenses, vehicle maintenance, repairs, tire usage, and other related costs.
• Prepare payment records, expense reports, and supporting financial documents.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with monthly financial reporting.
• Maintain and organize invoices, receipts, and other operational and financial documents.
• Update operational and financial data in the company's systems and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate with drivers, the operational team, customers, vendors, and other internal departments as needed.
• Assist with tax administration, audit preparation, and other finance-related tasks.
• Support daily trucking operations and handle administrative matters as required.
• Remain reachable and responsive outside normal working hours when necessary to support ongoing trucking operations.
