Job summary

INESSA is seeking a Merchandiser Apparel to drive trend research, mood board development, and product assortments. You will collaborate with designers, manufacturers, and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery, cost targets, and market-ready products.

Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in a fast-growing fashion brand. The role requires at least 1 year in merchandising or related fashion roles, with a bachelor’s degree in fashion design or related field.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as Apparel Merchandiser or related role.
• Strong understanding of ready-to-wear market.
• Knowledge of garment production, costing, and product development.
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify fashion trends globally and locally.
• Develop mood boards, seasonal concepts, and product assortments.
• Collaborate with designers, manufacturers, and suppliers during development.
• Prepare product costing and pricing analysis to maintain margins.
• Manage product sampling and ensure samples meet design, quality, cost.
• Negotiate prices, MOQs, and production terms with suppliers.
• Monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Work with Production, Marketing, and Sales to ready products for market.
• Analyze product performance and advise on future collections.
