Job summary

Funding Societies | Modalku, a leading SME financing platform, seeks a Treasury Operations Associate to support daily treasury activities across the group. You will assist in funding preparations, payments to lenders and investors, and updating loan reports, while handling bank relations and KYC processes.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply with strong English and MS Office skills. The role offers a structured environment in which you will contribute to FX transactions, intercompany transfers,

Qualifications

• Minimum Associate Degree Diploma in Finance/Accounting.
• Fresh graduates welcome but preferably candidate with up to 1 year of working experience.
• Proficiency in English both writing and speaking; intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Detail-oriented with little margin of errors.
• Able to multi-task.
• Team Player with initiative, willingness to learn and building positive culture.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing funding requirements.
• Support principal and interest payments to lenders and investors.
• Help process regional payables via bank portal and TMS.
• Assist in preparing and executing FX transactions, capital injections, and intercompany transfers.
• Maintain and update lenders’ loan reports and related documentation.
• Support bank account management activities including KYC and signatories.
• Assist in preparing materials for ALCO meetings.
• Provide support for ad-hoc Treasury tasks as assigned.
• Download and provide monthly bank statements.
• Update daily cash balances.

The Treasury supports daily treasury operations, including funding, payments, cash management, bank administration, and reporting, to ensure efficient and accurate treasury processes across the Group.

What you will do:

• Assist in preparing funding requirements
• Support principal and interest payments to lenders and investors.
• Help process regional payables, both through the bank portal and the Treasury Management System (TMS).
• Assist in preparing and executing various transactions, including FX transactions, capital injections, and intercompany/ intracompany transfers.
• Maintain and update lenders’ loan reports and related documentation.
• Support bank account management activities, including account opening and closing, KYC, change of bank signers, access rights, wet ink signatories, and related documentation.
• Assist in preparing materials and data for ALCO (Asset and Liability Committee) meetings.
• Provide support for ad-hoc Treasury tasks as assigned.
• Download and provide monthly bank statement
• Update daily cash balances

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• Minimum Associate Degree Diploma in Finance/ Accounting
• Fresh garduate are welcome to apply but preferrably candidate with up to 1 year of working experience
• Adequate proficiency in English both writing and speakingMinimum having intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, Power Point and Excel
• Detailed with little margin of errors
