Job summary

Funding Societies | Modalku is seeking a Senior Lending Analyst focused on growth and commercial performance. You will own the customer and sales-side view of the lending business, translating data into actionable insights for leadership on which customers, products, and channels to invest in.

You will work with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align on objectives, build standardized KPIs, and present findings through clear visualisations and reports.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer, marketing, or product analytics.
• Experience delivering analyses such as customer segmentation, lifetime value analysis, hypothesis testing, and acquisition strategy.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with BI or data visualisation tools.
• Strong, structured problem-solving and analytical reasoning.
• Proactive attitude, comfortable bringing proposals and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with experience owning projects across departments.

• Presentation & Communication: Communicate insights through clear visualisations, reports, and presentations
• Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align on objectives and inform decision-making

Role Overview
