Funding Societies | Modalku, the leading SME digital finance platform, seeks an entry-level Treasury Assistant in Indonesia. You will help prepare funding requirements, support payments to lenders and investors, and process regional payables using the bank portal and Treasury Management System.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associate Degree Diploma in Finance/Accounting.
• Fresh graduates welcome; up to 1 year of experience preferred.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Intermediate skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Office.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Able to multitask and collaborate with the team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing funding requirements.
• Support in processing payments to lenders and investors.
• Help process regional payables via bank portal and Treasury Management System.
• Assist in preparing and executing various transactions including FX and intercompany transfers.
• Maintain and update loan reports and related documents.
• Support bank account management, including KYC and signatories.
• Prepare materials for ALCO meetings.
• Provide ad-hoc treasury support as assigned.
• Download and provide monthly bank statements and update daily cash balances.
