Job summary

Funding Societies | Modalku is seeking an entry-level Treasury Assistant in Jakarta to support daily treasury operations, funding and payments, and regional payables. You will assist with bank documentation, ALCO materials, and lender reporting.

Ideal candidates hold an associate degree in Finance/Accounting, have basic English, and are proficient with MS Office. Fresh graduates welcome; multi-tasking and teamwork are essential in a dynamic fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Finance/Accounting required.
• Fresh graduates welcome; up to 1 year experience preferred.
• Proficiency in English (writing & speaking).
• Intermediate MS Office, especially Excel/PowerPoint.
• Detail oriented; able to multi-task and work in a team.
• Willing to learn and contribute to a positive culture.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing funding requirements.
• Support principal and interest payments to lenders and investors.
• Process regional payables via bank portal and TMS.
• Prepare and execute FX, capital injections, intercompany transfers.
• Maintain lender loan reports and documentation.
• Assist bank account management, including KYC and signers.
• Prepare materials for ALCO meetings.
• Provide ad-hoc treasury support as needed.
• Download monthly bank statements.
• Update daily cash balances.

The Treasury supports daily treasury operations, including funding, payments, cash management, bank administration, and reporting, to ensure efficient and accurate treasury processes across the Group.

What you will do:

• Assist in preparing funding requirements
• Support principal and interest payments to lenders and investors.
• Help process regional payables, both through the bank portal and the Treasury Management System (TMS).
• Assist in preparing and executing various transactions, including FX transactions, capital injections, and intercompany/ intracompany transfers.
• Maintain and update lenders' loan reports and related documentation.
• Support bank account management activities, including account opening and closing, KYC, change of bank signers, access rights, wet ink signatories, and related documentation.
• Assist in preparing materials and data for ALCO (Asset and Liability Committee) meetings.
• Provide support for ad-hoc Treasury tasks as assigned.
• Download and provide monthly bank statement
• Update daily cash balances

What we are looking for:

• Minimum Associate Degree Diploma in Finance/ Accounting
• Fresh garduate are welcome to apply but preferrably candidate with up to 1 year of working experience
• Adequate proficiency in English both writing and speaking
• Minimum having intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, Power Point and Excel
• Detailed with little margin of errors
• Able to multi-task
• Team Player with initiative, willingness to learn and building positive culture
