Job summary

PT APLUS Pacific, a locally owned manufacturer of building materials in Indonesia, seeks an accounting professional to manage AP/AR journal entries, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting from our Jakarta office. The role requires a bachelor's in accounting, 3+ years of experience, and strong tax knowledge (PPh 21/22/4(2), PPN).

Ideal candidates reside near the office and can join ASAP, with proficiency in MS Office, accounting software, and internet banking.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• Strong understanding of accounting journal entries.
• Proficient in MS Office, accounting software, and internet banking systems.
• Preferably candidates residing near the office location.
• Able to join ASAP.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian taxation: PPh 21, PPh 22, PPh 4(2), PPN.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and record Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) journal entries
• Perform bank reconciliation on a regular basis
• Prepare financial reports accurately and timely
• Coordinate with other departments regarding journal entries and financial transactions
• Prepare and process payment transactions
• Letter of Credit Import
