Job summary

Traveloka in Jakarta is seeking a meticulous Bank Portal & Treasury Administrator to manage user access on bank portals and treasury platforms. You will ensure traceable records, support credential lifecycles, and escalate incomplete approvals per internal and bank requirements.

You will also help record transactions in the Treasury Management System, support reporting, and contribute to governance through policy and SOP maintenance. Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to data accuracy.
• High degree of discretion and integrity with sensitive financial data.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets and web-based admin systems.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

Job description

1. Bank portal & treasury system administration

• Administer user access on bank portals and treasury platforms: create, modify, and deactivate user accounts and access profiles based on approved requests.
• Maintain accurate access records and supporting documentation so that every grant, change, and removal is traceable (who, what, when, and on whose approval).
• Support credential and certificate lifecycle tasks (e.g. renewals, token/user management) following internal procedures and bank requirements.
• Escalate incomplete approvals, anomalies, or potential segregation-of-duties conflicts rather than proceeding on assumptions.
• Prepare and track banking documents and company registration details required by bank partners, periodically and on an ad-hoc basis.
• Liaise with internal finance stakeholders and bank partners to follow up on document submission and updates.

3. Treasury data & reporting

• Help record and maintain transactions and master data in the Treasury Management System, following internal guidelines.
• Support seniors and leads on treasury reporting and process-improvement initiatives within scope.

4. Governance & process

• Support the maintenance of Treasury policies, SOPs, and access-control documentation.
• Follow internal data-governance, role-based-access, and confidentiality rules at all times.

Must have

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to checking data for errors and inconsistencies.
• High degree of discretion and integrity in handling sensitive financial and access data.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets (e.g. filtering, lookups, reconciliation) and web-based administrative systems.
• Good written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• A disciplined, process-oriented mindset and the judgment to know when to pause and elevate.

Nice to have

• Experience administering user access on bank portals or enterprise systems (creating/deactivating users, managing roles).
• Exposure to treasury management systems (e.g. Kyriba or similar) and corporate bank portals.
• Familiarity with segregation-of-duties (SOD) and access-governance concepts.
• Prior experience in treasury, banking operations, or a finance shared-services environment.
