Job summary

Traveloka in Jakarta is seeking a meticulous Bank Portal & Treasury Administrator to manage user access on bank portals and treasury platforms. You will ensure traceable records, support credential lifecycles, and escalate incomplete approvals per internal and bank requirements.

You will also help record transactions in the Treasury Management System, support reporting, and contribute to governance through policy and SOP maintenance. Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to data accuracy.
• High degree of discretion and integrity with sensitive financial data.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets and web-based admin systems.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Administer user access on bank portals and treasury platforms, creating, modifying, and deactivating accounts.
• Maintain accurate access records and supporting documentation for traceability.
• Support credential/certificate lifecycle tasks following internal procedures.
• Escalate incomplete approvals or SOD conflicts and avoid assumptions.
• Prepare and track banking documents and company registration details for partners.
• Liaise with internal finance stakeholders and bank partners on submissions.
• Help record transactions and master data in the Treasury Management System.
• Support treasury reporting and process-improvement initiatives.
• Support the maintenance of Treasury policies, SOPs, and access-control docs.
