Job summary

SKINTIFIC is seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Senior Associate to join our Finance team in Jakarta. You will manage daily cash flow, oversee banking activities, and support cash forecasting to ensure smooth financial operations.

Responsibilities include preparing cash position reports, processing international payments, performing bank reconciliations, and coordinating with banks and auditors. The role requires collaboration across Accounting, AP, and Finance teams in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 5–7+ years of experience in treasury, cash management, or finance operations.
• Strong cash flow management, payment processes, and bank reconciliation knowledge.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, NetSuite, or similar.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash position reports.
• Process local and overseas payments accurately and on time.
• Monitor bank balances and perform fund transfers when required.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and support working capital planning.
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with banks regarding account management and banking facilities.
• Support month-end and year-end closing related to treasury activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and banking regulations.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing treasury-related documentation.
• Collaborate with Accounting, AP, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth treasury operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes and support automation initiatives.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
