Job summary

Kuoni Tumlare is seeking a Customer Service Executive to support tours and provide dedicated customer support across trips. You will be the first contact for emergencies and act as a local PR and sales helper to maintain relationships and promote future business.

The role emphasizes high-quality customer service, handling inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction with routes and accommodations across APAC/EMEA regions. Mandarin and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in customer service/travel/call centre desirable.
• Business level English (verbal and written) essential.
• Mandarin language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats for customers in European territories.
• Address queries and complaints from customers, suppliers, or hoteliers with professionalism.
• Review itineraries for user-friendliness and smooth operation.
• Process bookings accurately, noting any special requirements.
• Provide regular service quality checks and reports after interactions.
• Meet and greet customers and tour leaders during/after office hours as needed.
• Work shifts including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
