Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute transportation plans that optimize cost, service, and efficiency.
• Support route planning, capacity allocation, and resource utilization.
• Ensure activities align with customer requirements and business objectives.
• Monitor performance metrics like OTIF and service delivery; identify gaps and take corrective actions.

Your Impact as Transport Planning & Networking Executive

Drive Transportation Planning Excellence

• Develop and execute transportation plans that optimize cost, service, and operational efficiency
• Support route planning, capacity allocation, and transportation resource utilization
• Ensure transportation activities align with customer requirements and business objectives

Optimize Distribution Networks

• Analyze and improve transportation networks to support business growth and operational effectiveness
• Identify opportunities for network optimization, route efficiency, and cost reduction
• Support strategic initiatives related to distribution network design and continuous improvement

Support Modern Trade Operations

• Partner with customers and operations teams to support Modern Trade distribution requirements
• Ensure transportation planning aligns with retail replenishment schedules, delivery windows, and customer service expectations
• Drive compliance with retail operational requirements and service standards

Monitor Service Performance

• Track and analyze transportation performance indicators, including OTIF (On Time In Full) and service delivery metrics
• Identify service gaps and implement corrective actions to improve operational performance
• Support customer satisfaction through reliable and efficient transportation solutions

Collaborate Across Functions

• Work closely with Operations, Transportation, Customer Service, and Commercial teams to align planning activities with business requirements
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective execution of transportation plans
• Support the successful implementation of new customers, projects, and network enhancements

Drive Continuous Improvement

• Utilize data and analytical insights to improve transportation efficiency and network effectiveness
• Support process improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, cost management, and service quality
• Contribute to the development of scalable and future-ready transportation solutions

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Management Transportation, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Transportation Planning, Logistics Operations, Distribution Network Management, or Supply Chain Planning
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar Transportation Planning or Network Management role
• Experience within FMCG, Retail, Logistics, 3PL, or Distribution environments is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of Modern Trade operations, including:
  • Distribution models
  • Retail replenishment processes
  • Delivery scheduling
  • OTIF (On Time In Full) performance management
  • Customer service requirements
  • Retail compliance standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience in transportation optimization, route planning, and network analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
