Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) or Master's degree (S2) in any field required.
• Minimum GPA of 3.20/4.00 (or equivalent) required.
• English proficiency certification (TOEFL, IELTS, or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong analytical, numerical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Resilient, proactive, and eager to take on challenges.
• Active involvement in student organizations or leadership activities is a plus.
• Commitment to completing the full 2-year Next Generation Talent Program (NGT).
• Willing to be placed across DHL Supply Chain Indonesia locations nationwide.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking ambitious, high-potential graduates who are eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career with DHL Supply Chain.

• Fresh Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Master's Degree (S2) in any field, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields, or graduates with less than 1 year of work experience
• Minimum GPA of 3.20/4.00 (or equivalent)
• Possess a valid English proficiency certification (TOEFL, IELTS, or equivalent)
• Strong analytical, numerical, communication, and interpersonal skills with good business acumen
• Resilient, driven, proactive, and eager to take on challenges
• Active involvement in student organizations, leadership activities, or extracurricular programs is an advantage
