Job summary

Wilmar International Limited is seeking a Mandarin Translator and Interpreter to support communication between local teams in Jakarta Selatan and Chinese-speaking stakeholders across business operations.

The role requires translation of documents from Mandarin to Bahasa Indonesia and English, along with interpretation during meetings, interviews, trainings, and business visits. You will ensure confidentiality and accuracy while coordinating with various departments.

Qualifications

• : Bachelor's Degree in Mandarin Language, Chinese Literature, Translation, Linguistics, or related fields
• : Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mandarin Translator, Interpreter, or similar role
• : Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) and Bahasa Indonesia
• : HSK certification (HSK 4/5/6 preferred)
• : Strong translation and interpretation skills with the ability to accurately convey meaning and context
• : Experienced in translating business documents, reports, contracts, SOPs, presentations, and correspondence
• : Able to provide consecutive and/or simultaneous interpretation during meetings, discussions, and business visits
• : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• : Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism
• : Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
