Job summary

UOB United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) seeks a professional to support the Compliance Strategy and Governance Head in driving effective execution within the Division.

The role involves analyzing current processes, leading transformation initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering on project tasks and risks while ensuring timely reporting on AFC uplift.

Responsibilities

• Support the Compliance Strategy and Governance Head to facilitate effective and optimal execution within the Division.
• Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and identify areas for improvement and transformation.
• Develop and implement strategies, initiatives, and action plans for successful business transformation process.
• Coordinate and manage transformation process, including collaboration with cross-functional teams and create project plans.
• Communicate project objectives and expectations to team members and stakeholders within Compliance Function.
• Coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables.
• Track project performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.
• Assist in the identification and management of project risks and issues.

Job Description

• Support the Compliance Strategy and Governance Head to facilitate effective and optimal execution within the Division.
