We are looking for a Transformation Office Associate to join our Transformation Office for a 6-9-month project-based assignment. In this role, you will contribute to cross-functional initiatives that improve business processes, strengthen data-driven decision-making, and advance operational excellence across the organization.

What You Will Do

• Analyze, map, and improve business processes, including documenting workflows, identifying gaps, and supporting process standardization and continuous improvement
• Support data quality, governance, and management insights by developing reports, dashboards, and executive-ready presentations
• Coordinate cross-functional transformation initiatives by monitoring milestones, risks, action items, and overall project progress

Who We Are Looking For

• Fresh graduates, Master’s students, or early-career professionals
• Bachelor’s degree or ongoing Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Up to two years of relevant professional experience or Candidates with limited professional experience but strong exposure to consulting projects, transformation initiatives, case competitions, operational excellence programs, or university research projects are also encouraged to apply
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Curious, proactive, collaborative, adaptable, and eager to learn
• Able to work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional, and project-based environment

Preferred Knowledge and Experience

• Knowledge of Business Process Reengineering, Business Analysis, or Continuous Improvement methodologies
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking, or Business Process Management
• Experience in process mapping using Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, or similar tools
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, Power Query, data analysis, and dashboard development
• Basic knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools
• Experience participating in consulting projects, transformation initiatives, case competitions, operational excellence programs, or university research projects
