Job summary

Star Energy Geothermal is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead construction packages, support commissioning and startup readiness, and ensure brownfield project execution across geothermal assets.

You will coordinate field implementation, manage interfaces with contractors and multidisciplinary teams, and drive safe, efficient handovers in line with project requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering relevant to the assigned discipline.
• 6 to 10 years of experience in engineering, construction, commissioning, startup, brownfield project execution, or infrastructure development.
• Experience in geothermal, oil and gas, mining, power generation, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of brownfield construction, contractor management, commissioning, startup, operational interface management, construction safety, and project execution processes.
• Relevant engineering or construction certifications, such as POP, PMP, or construction-related certifications, are preferred.

Star Energy Geothermal

Star Energy Geothermal is looking for a Senior Project Engineer to play a key role in delivering construction packages, supporting commissioning and startup readiness, and ensuring successful brownfield project execution across geothermal operating assets.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading field implementation, coordinating contractors and multidisciplinary stakeholders, managing operational interfaces, and supporting project handover to ensure construction packages are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with project and operational requirements.

General Qualification

• Able to work effectively in brownfield environments by balancing project delivery needs with safe and reliable plant operations.
• Communicates clearly with internal users, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to align expectations, resolve issues, and maintain project progress.
• Proactively captures lessons learned, identifies improvement opportunities, and contributes to better project delivery practices.
