Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Managing Consultant for Deploy to lead complex programs across multiple workstreams, driving governance and delivering measurable value for clients.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, shape governance structures, and guide execution while supporting business development efforts. Global assignments and travel may be involved, with English proficiency and PM experience essential.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with work experience in project management and change management methodologies and techniques.
• 2-3 years of Project Management experience.
• Exposure to financial institutions, payments, and/or consultancies.
• Relevant teamwork and client or internal stakeholder management experience.
• Logical, structured thinking.
• Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks with multiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language (if applicable).
• Eligibility to work in the country where you are applying, as well as apply for travel visas as required by travel needs.
• Ability to travel to client sites on a semi-regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment to strategic client objectives
• Own governance, execution planning, and delivery tracking across complex initiatives
• Drive alignment across senior stakeholders, manage escalations, and ensure timely decision-making
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring minimal impact on timelines and program outcomes
• Ensure delivery translates into measurable value realization and sustainable business impact
• Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities to expand engagements and support proposal development
