Job summary

TaxPrime seeks a diligent assistant to support projects involving tax objection, tax appeal, or civil reviews in Jakarta. You will assist with administrative tasks, review client documents, and prepare materials for the Objection Reviewer or Tax Court Judges.

Requirements: bachelor’s degree in Fiscal/Taxation, Accounting, Law, or Economics with GPA ≥3.00; Brevet A & B required (C a plus). Proficiency in MS Office and strong English/Indonesian writing; good time management and teamwork.

• Excellent writing skills in English and Indonesian.
• Brevet A & B is required; Brevet C is a plus.
• Technical skills related to taxation/accounting/law/economics.

• Strong communication, proactive, and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Job description

Assisting the team in working on projects related to tax objection, tax appeal, or civil reviews, including but not limited to:

Assisting with the management of administrative needs;

Assisting in analyzing documents submitted by clients and preparing documents requested by the Objection Reviewer or the Tax Court Judges;

Submitting documents to the Tax Office or the Objection Reviewer;

Assisting in the inventory of documents.

Job Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Fiscal/Taxation, Accounting, Law, or Economics from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

Excellent writing skills in both English and Indonesian.

Brevet A & B is a must. Brevet C is a plus.

Technical skills related to taxation/accounting/law/economics.

Proficient in operating standard Ms. Office applications (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, PowerPoint)

Able to communicate effectively (both written and verbal).

Proactive, willing to learn and grow, able to work quickly within tight deadlines, with good time management skills.

Enjoying working collaboratively with people from a variety of backgrounds.
