Bank SMBC Indonesia is seeking a capable Operations professional to supervise and approve domestic and international transfers, ensure compliance with policies, and promote risk management across daily operations.

The role emphasizes process improvement, collaboration with Head Office and branches, and delivering accurate, timely transaction processing to support the bank's service quality and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) from a reputable university.
• 2-3 years of experience in the banking industry, preferably within payment, transfer, or transaction operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and authorize Outgoing & Incoming Domestic Transfers (SKN and RTGS), Overbooking, Drawback, International Transfers (SWIFT), Book Transfers, and Pooling transactions.
• Ensure all operational processes are executed in compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Promote and implement risk management and internal control practices across daily operations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
• Collaborate with Head Office and Branch teams to ensure smooth and timely transaction processing.
