Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in finance, accounting, economics, business, IT or related discipline.
• 7–10 years in Treasury/Financial Markets Ops, PM, or Business Analysis within banking.
• Strong understanding of treasury products (FX, money market, fixed income, liquidity management).

Responsibilities

• Manage Treasury and Operations projects from initiation to implementation.
• Support regulatory reporting and compliance-related projects.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into operational solutions.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Risk, Finance, Compliance and Business teams.
• Drive process improvement and change management initiatives.
• Coordinate SIT/UAT, implementation, and post-go-live activities.
• Monitor project risks, issues, timelines, and deliverables.
• Prepare and deliver concise management presentations and executive-level updates.
