Job summary

PT Mineral Alam Abadi is seeking a dedicated Training and Recruitment Coordinator to manage end-to-end onboarding for new hires in our mining operations. You will lead recruitment, conduct new hire orientation, and verify operator and driver skills to ensure readiness for field duties.

The role emphasizes hands-on OHS training, area inspections for safety compliance, and coordinating Skill Up programs. You will deliver in-class sessions, refreshers, and policy implementation while working

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of mining industry experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Capable of operating A2B units (≥3 types).

• Manage recruitment and orientation for new hires.
• Conduct New Hire Orientation and onboarding training.

• Deliver in-class trainings including for expired Kimper renewals and post-incident refreshers.

Job description

Manage the recruitment and orientation process for new hires.

Conduct New Hire Orientation and onboarding training.

Perform skill verification for Operators and Drivers.

Deliver in-class training sessions, including for expired Kimper renewals, new hires, and post-incident refreshers.

Coordinate and conduct skill improvement programs (Skill Up).

Conduct area inspections (All Area, TTA, KTA) to ensure training relevance and safety compliance.

Design and deliver training programs with a strong emphasis on Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), including:

Risk Control and Mitigation

Implementation of Health and Safety Policies

Requirement:

Minimum Senior High School (SMA) or equivalent from any major.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the mining industry.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Capable of operating A2B units (minimum 3 types).

Willing to work on-site with a 10:2 roster schedule.
