Qualifikationen

• Minimum SMA or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of mining industry experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Capable of operating A2B units (≥3 types).

Aufgaben

• Manage recruitment and orientation for new hires.
• Conduct New Hire Orientation and onboarding training.
• Perform skill verification for Operators and Drivers.
• Deliver in-class trainings including for expired Kimper renewals and post-incident refreshers.
• Coordinate Skill Up improvement programs.
• Conduct area inspections to ensure training relevance and safety compliance.
• Design and deliver OHS-focused training programs (risk control and policy implementation).
