Job summary

PT Daikin Airconditioning Indonesia invites a Diploma (D3) holder in Refrigeration/Air Conditioning to join our training team. You will prepare materials, deliver AC and refrigeration training, and evaluate programs for internal staff and external partners.

The role requires strong English communication, presentation skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team within a manufacturing environment. Experience in HVAC industry is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Prepare training materials, modules, and presentation content.
• Conduct internal and external training sessions related to AC and refrigeration systems.
• Deliver technical training through presentations, demonstrations, and practical sessions.
• Evaluate the execution and effectiveness of training programs.
• Create, update, and maintain training materials and documentation.
• Prepare training reports and participant data.
• Submit training results and participant data to the Training Administration team.
• Coordinate with relevant departments and external parties to ensure smooth execution of training programs.

Responsibilities

• Assess learning outcomes and report on program effectiveness.

Diploma (D3) in Refrigeration/Air Conditioning

Job description

Diploma (D3) degree in Refrigeration Engineering, Air Conditioning Engineering, or related HVAC field.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Solid knowledge of Air Conditioning (AC) systems.

Good understanding of refrigeration and cooling principles.

Good presentation and communication skills.

Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Experience in HVAC or air conditioning industry is an advantage.
